Full responsibility of aggregates business P&L performance, specifically on cost management.
Direct and coordinate production activities of the quarry operations to meet production goals, customer requirements, and quality standards.
Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
Participate in budgeting, planning, logistics, permitting, compliance and regulatory negotiations.
Follow and enforce Health and Safety and Health rules and regulations.
Support managerial, engineering, environmental, sales, shipping, and financial departments.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Mining(Quarry)/Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Strong business acumen (management principles, strategic planning, critical thinking, budgeting, resource allocation, human resources, etc.)
Knowledge of budgeting, P&L, planning, permitting, compliance, regulatory negotiations and process improvement.
Good organization skills; excellent problem solving skills and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office.
